fashion on film
A portrait of Hailee Steinfeld for Miu Miu, shoot by Bruce Webber. I love it. Fashion films are definitely here to stay. They say a picture says more than a 1000 words? Well, that was before the movie.

Sitting in a friends apartment in Oslo a cold February night we discovered French Films. We were attending by:Larm, and was trying to find out which bands to catch that night. Golden Sea soon caught our attention. It made us dream about summer. It made us laugh. It made us fall in love with a band.
Their debut album is out later in September, but I was lucky enough to get in in the mail weeks ago for reviewing for Jack Magazine. I simply can't stop playing it on repeat. It is in lack of better words, amazing.

make up / break up

Ok, I really have to get internet at home soon. Lately this blog has had too much of my face on it, and too little music and fashion. The library is not really the place to scan style.com. Bear over with me, thanks!
Anyway, let's talk makeup. I never care mush with it, the only reason I wear mascara is because I look like a 16 years old without. Seriously. I am blessed with skin that can work fine without foundation (I use it during the winter though, to look a little bit more fresh, I am white as a corps). So, my daily routine is: YSL concealer, black eyeliner and black mascara.
Last saturday something came over me. I could have been the whole "shit I look like a school-girl compared to these English slut-looking girls" or it could simply have been "hey, I want to try something new". So, I dug out my Dior smoky eyes set from the bottom of my makeup-bag and got to work.
The result? Well, you be the judge.

you should make time to dance in your underwear

I have always wished for long hair, and over the summer it grew quite long. I was very pleased. Then i realized that short-ish hair suits me better, and cut it of. It is now back to shoulder-length. I like it.

And it is done! I have finally moved in to my new home. But seriously, what is the fun about living in this huge house with roses in the ceiling when there is no one around to share it with? Luckily, my roommates will start popping in this week.
